Joshua Broder
Chief Executive Officer
Joshua Broder serves as the CEO and founder of Tilson Infrastructure, a national leader in utility pole and tower development, and long haul and campus fiber for lease back to telecom carriers and others. Josh cut his teeth in leadership as an Army Signal Officer on missions in Europe, the Middle East, and Central Asia, where he was awarded the Bronze Star for service in Afghanistan designing, building, and operating the communications network for US forces. Josh holds a bachelor’s degree from Middlebury College and is a graduate of AT&T’s Operation Hand Salute at JFK University with a certificate in entrepreneurial studies. Josh is on the boards of Versant Power, an investor-owned T&D electric utility, VETRO FiberMap, a fiber network mapping software tool, Kleinschmidt Associates, a multi-national engineering firm, The Jackson Laboratory, a global biotech firm, Skowhegan Savings Bank, and INCOMPAS, the competitive broadband association.
Alda Licis
Chief Operating Officer
Alda Licis serves as Chief Operating Officer of Infrastructure, responsible for the management and continued revenue growth and network expansion of Tilson Infrastructure. Prior to this, Alda led the startup of Tilson Infrastructure, building a team of industry experts focused on financing and developing telecom infrastructure across three asset classes: poles, towers and fiber. Before joining Tilson, Alda was Principal/Owner of Front Range Infrastructure Consulting, LLC advising clients in the fiber and wireless industry. Previously, she worked for the Zayo Group holding several roles over her five-year tenure including managing the P&L for the data center business unit, developing Zayo’s first Small Cell Implementation team, managing large-scale fiber projects, and managing multiple Product teams responsible for strategic pricing of all dark fiber-based products (metro, long haul and FTT/Small Cell). Prior to Zayo, Alda managed the Chicago and Federal engineering offices for EYP Mission Critical Facilities, a data center design and consulting company, which was acquired by Hewlett Packard. Alda began her career as a licensed Electrical Engineer designing power systems for commercial buildings. Alda holds an Engineering degree from the University of Colorado Boulder and an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
In addition to indulging in the plethora of outdoor activities at her doorstep in Colorado, Alda loves to cook and bake in her free time. For special occasions, she bakes a mean multi layered Latvian mocha meringue torte!
Teri Dixon Borders
Vice President, Business Development
Teri has been with Tilson Infrastructure for over two years and is responsible for the business development & sales of new assets. She has taken the east region from infancy to a healthy pipeline of towers and poles working with all major carriers. Prior to joining Tilson, Teri spent over 20 years developing & leasing assets for the top tier tower companies. Teri got her start in wireless working for several nationwide carriers within real estate where she then transitioned to consulting for the development of assets. Teri holds a Brokers License in NC & AL and obtained a BBA from Georgia Southern University.
Fun Fact: Teri loves to scout out local restaurants, hotels or shops when traveling which really provides a sense of the location.
Todd VanBoxtel
Director, Business Development – West
Todd brings his 20+ years of experience to Tilson Infrastructure as the Western Region Director of Development. He is responsible for identifying and securing network development solutions for our wireless partners. Todd has worked for international infrastructure assets firms and leased towers and rooftops to carriers for his entire wireless career. Todd received a BBA from the University of San Diego.
John Romagnoli
Commercialization Director, Fiber
John Romagnoli serves as the Commercialization Director for the Tilson Infrastructure Development’s Fiber team and is responsible for the commercialization and overall business management of fiber infrastructure projects in the eastern United States. John is a Certified SCRUM Product Owner with over 10-years managing all business aspects of enterprise fiber networks. Prior to joining Tilson, John spent eight years evolving and managing the enterprise and wholesale fiber businesses at Atlantic Broadband, and nearly four years launching and managing fiber products at Lightower Fiber. John has a bachelor’s degree from Southern New Hampshire University.
Greg Talluto
Implementation Director, Poles/Towers
Greg is an industry leader with over 20 years of experience in wireless technologies. As the Implementation Director for Tilson Infrastructure, he oversees the entire process of wireless deployment, ensuring that assets are built quickly and correctly and remain operational. Greg manages large team efforts that establish credibility, meet stretch goals, and cultivate new business and revenue opportunities. Before working at Tilson, Greg worked at Verizon Wireless overseeing various aspects of real estate, construction, and operations. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Monmouth University and a Masters Degree in Business Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Centenary University.
Fun Fact: Greg has been a disc jockey for over 30 years and have performed at many major venues across the country, including 200+ weddings throughout NY and NJ.
Chuck Beck
Manager, Tower Site Development
Chuck is a seasoned project manager with expertise in large-scale projects, telecommunications, land acquisitions and right of way specialty. As Tilson Infrastructure’s Manager of Site Development, Chuck ensures that every project is executed and completed within budget, on-time, and with high-quality results. Chuck’s responsibilities include creating the initial timeline, negotiating easement acquisitions, and ensuring superior quality control. Chuck maintains consistent communication with stakeholders through regular project status reports and collaborative teambuilding skills. Prior to Tilson, Chuck has been serving the telecommunications industry across the United States since 1996 as a project manager who specializes in real estate, permitting, and construction management needs.
Fun Fact: Chuck is a certified chef and does a lot of pro bono cooking!
Will Ginn
Senior Product Manager, Poles & Towers
Will’s entire twelve-year career in telecom has been with Tilson, where he has worked in in a variety of roles. He got his start as an embedded project manager working to deploy a multi-state microwave backhauled roaming network, and then in 2014 began managing Tilson’s small cell program and started its engineering group. Currently serving as the Senior Product Manager of Towers and Poles, Will utilizes his varied background experiences to thoughtfully work through client problems and come up with the most economical service and real estate solutions that will solve their issues. Will has a B.S. in Environmental Studies from Lesley University.
Fun Fact: Before working at Tilson, Will lead wilderness and sailing trips for adults and teenagers across Maine and Canada.
Henry Gent
Product Manager, Towers
Henry is a Product Manager for the Towers division of Tilson Infrastructure. His responsibilities include site and location analysis, real estate development, vendor management, and deployment of Tilson Infrastructure’s growing tower portfolio. Prior to joining Tilson, Henry was a speechwriter and management consultant based in Washington, D.C. Henry received a Bachelor of the Arts degree from the University of Chicago and a Master’s Degree in Data Analytics from Northeastern University.
Fun Fact: Henry is an avid surfer and skier!
