Joshua Broder
Chief Executive Officer
Joshua Broder serves as the CEO and founder of Tilson Infrastructure, a national leader in utility pole and tower development, and long haul and campus fiber for lease back to telecom carriers and others. Josh cut his teeth in leadership as an Army Signal Officer on missions in Europe, the Middle East, and Central Asia, where he was awarded the Bronze Star for service in Afghanistan designing, building, and operating the communications network for US forces. Josh holds a bachelor’s degree from Middlebury College and is a graduate of AT&T’s Operation Hand Salute at JFK University with a certificate in entrepreneurial studies. Josh is on the boards of Versant Power, an investor-owned T&D electric utility, VETRO FiberMap, a fiber network mapping software tool, Kleinschmidt Associates, a multi-national engineering firm, The Jackson Laboratory, a global biotech firm, Skowhegan Savings Bank, and INCOMPAS, the competitive broadband association.
Alda Licis
Chief Operating Officer
Alda Licis serves as Chief Operating Officer of Tilson Infrastructure (TI), a nationwide developer of telecommunication assets. Alda led the PE-backed startup of TI, building a team of 18 industry experts focused on financing and developing macro towers, small cells and fiber. Before joining TI, Alda was Principal/Owner of Front Range Infrastructure Consulting, LLC advising clients in the fiber and wireless industry. Previously, she worked for the Zayo Group during its transition from PE-backed through IPO as VP and Senior Director of various business units including data center, dark fiber and small cells. Prior to Zayo, Alda managed the Chicago and Federal engineering offices for EYP Mission Critical Facilities, a data center design and consulting company, which was acquired by Hewlett Packard. Alda began her career as a licensed Electrical Engineer. She holds an Engineering degree from the University of Colorado Boulder and an MBA from University of Chicago Booth.
In addition to indulging in the plethora of outdoor activities at her doorstep in Colorado, Alda loves to cook and bake in her free time. For special occasions, she bakes a mean multi layered Latvian mocha meringue torte!
Lauren Ramirez
General Counsel
Lauren serves as General Counsel. She oversees and provides guidance on all legal matters, including contracting, licensing, corporate governance and compliance. Lauren works closely with customers and business partners to provide creative legal solutions and deal structures that work for all stakeholders. She is an experienced attorney with a demonstrated history of working on innovative property transactions in the telecommunications and technology industries. Prior to joining Tilson Infrastructure, Lauren provided legal counsel to American Tower Corporation for North American projects. She holds a Juris Doctor with focuses on both IP & Innovation and Business & Commercial Law from Northeastern University’s School of Law.
Fun Fact: Lauren plays two instruments in her free time, piano and guitar.
Melissa Kershner
Vice President, Finance
Melissa serves as Vice President of Finance, leading its accounting and finance department. Melissa is committed to accuracy, collaboration, and team development. She has held several senior financial roles where she helped to improve performance by rethinking strategies, processes, technologies, and organizational structures. Most recently, Melissa held the role of Director of Finance for Eaglestone Holdings, a PE backed MEP subcontractor portfolio company. Previously, she was the Controller for Aurora Contractors, a leading Construction Management, General Contracting and Design/Build firm, serving the New York metropolitan area. Melissa also held various financial roles with Haugland Group, a construction firm with affiliates and subsidiaries that provide civil infrastructure, energy, and storm restoration services. Melissa received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Dowling College and a master’s degree with a concentration in Finance from Harvard University.
Fun Fact: Melissa, her husband, and her 4 children all love to snowboard!
Teri Dixon Borders
Vice President, Business Development
Teri leads the business development and sales team. Prior to joining Tilson Infrastructure, she spent over 30 years developing assets for carriers and tower companies in various capacities. Her extensive knowledge in build-to-suit, acquisition, leasing, and entitlement supports our flexible and customer centric solutions. Teri is responsible for developing a robust and growing pipeline of towers and small cells both through our national agreements and bespoke product solutions. Teri holds a Broker’s License in North Carolina and Alabama and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia Southern University. Teri is a board member for both Alabama and Tennessee Wireless Associations.
Fun Fact: Teri loves to scout out restaurants, hotels and shops when traveling to gain an appreciation for the locale.
Todd VanBoxtel
Director, Business Development, West
Todd brings his 20+ years of experience to Tilson Infrastructure as the Western Region Director of Development. He is responsible for identifying and securing network development solutions for our wireless partners. Todd has worked for international infrastructure assets firms and leased towers and rooftops to carriers for his entire wireless career. Todd received a BBA from the University of San Diego.
Greg Talluto
Director of Development
Greg serves as Director of Development, overseeing wireless deployment and operations and maintenance. As an industry leader with over 20 years of experience in wireless technologies, Greg takes pride in ensuring that assets are built on time and on budget. His team’s dedication to high quality work establishes customer credibility and drives repeat business. Prior to Tilson Infrastructure, Greg was Regional Director at Tilson, where he managed large scale telecom projects. Before Tilson, Greg spent 17 years at Verizon Wireless overseeing various aspects of real estate, construction, and operations. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Monmouth University and a master’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Centenary University.
Fun Fact: Greg has been a disc jockey for over 30 years and has performed at many major venues across the country, including 200+ weddings throughout NY and NJ.
Will Ginn
Senior Product Manager, Poles & Towers
Will’s entire twelve-year career in telecom has been with Tilson, where he has worked in in a variety of roles. He got his start as an embedded project manager working to deploy a multi-state microwave backhauled roaming network, and then in 2014 began managing Tilson’s small cell program and started its engineering group. Currently serving as the Senior Product Manager of Towers and Poles, Will utilizes his varied background experiences to thoughtfully work through client problems and come up with the most economical service and real estate solutions that will solve their issues. Will has a B.S. in Environmental Studies from Lesley University.
Fun Fact: Before working at Tilson, Will lead wilderness and sailing trips for adults and teenagers across Maine and Canada.
Henry Gent
Product Manager, Towers
Henry is a Product Manager for the Towers division of Tilson Infrastructure. His responsibilities include site and location analysis, real estate development, vendor management, and deployment of Tilson Infrastructure’s growing tower portfolio. Prior to joining Tilson, Henry was a speechwriter and management consultant based in Washington, D.C. Henry received a Bachelor of the Arts degree from the University of Chicago and a Master’s Degree in Data Analytics from Northeastern University.
Fun Fact: Henry is an avid surfer and skier!
