Wrapping Up 2023 with Tilson Infrastructure
As 2023 comes to an end, it is an excellent opportunity to reflect on our accomplishments from the prior year. These past 12 months have been a tremendous growth period for Tilson Infrastructure. Through our unique approach of elemental infrastructure, we have doubled our poles portfolio and completed construction on several brand-new towers. Construction on our fiber routes is nearing completion as we gear up to bring two exciting new networks to market.

In 2022, we celebrated reaching our first four-digit milestone with over 1,000 poles. We were thrilled to more than double that number in 2023, with over 2,300 poles across the country now tagged as a Tilson Infrastructure site.
On the tower front, we are excited to have 25 towers currently under development, over 100 new ground leases being secured, and the rights to over 180 tower sites on school grounds.
Not only did our physical assets grow, but our team did as well. Tilson Infrastructure welcomed five new staff members to support our expanding inventory and clientele: Greg Talluto – Implementation Director, Sameera Yusuf – Project Controls Specialist, Stephanie McCort – Marketing Manager, Lauren Ramirez – Senior Counsel, and Anthony Smith – Infrastructure Development Director.
Our team works around the clock, ensuring that our assets and networks maintain optimum uptime. We repaired over 30 damaged poles in the right-of-way, working closely with landowners to ensure their property was cared for and restored after incidents.

As our team expands, so does our outreach. We traveled coast-to-coast this year visiting potential clients, existing customers, schools and communities to discuss how Tilson Infrastructure can help expand wireless coverage. We collaborated and celebrated as a team at our annual off-site workshop, this yearin Gulf Shores, AL. We shared tee times and cookies with our industry at tradeshows and local events. And we listened and learned at seminars and educational events with local officials and customers.
